Absolutely. We do require a minimum of 3 days; you will need to make arrangements to bring your equipment to our location. Onsite event staging is also available. Fees range from $50-$150 depending on the number of trays/items. Please email or call to discuss options.
Store cakes in the fridge until around 1 hour before your event. If cupcakes are being eaten the same day they can be left out, more than 2 days out, and we recommend freezing, and taking them out 2-3 hours before serving. If macarons are being eaten further out than a couple days, wrap the box and store in the freezer, take them out an hour before you serve.
We are unable to put any licensed characters on a cake, but if you supply a figurine, we can create a beautiful setting for the characters and place the figurines on the cake. We do not sell any figurines.
Short cakes are 2 layers of cake with 1 layer of filling; tall cakes are 3 layers of cake with 2 layers of filling.
Because each workshop includes wine and cheese pairings, all attendees must be 21 years of age or older. We want to ensure a fun, safe, and delicious experience for everyone!
Yes and no. We do have a storefront where you can schedule a consultation and place an order for a charcuterie board, cake, or catering project. However, we do not offer same-day pickup or delivery. Orders require advance notice:

- Cakes and desserts: minimum 3 days
Yes! We offer private charcuterie workshops that are perfect for office parties, holiday gatherings, or special celebrations. These workshops are typically hosted in your home, corporate office, or any location you provide. The format, pricing, and hands-on experience are the same as our public workshops—and we bring all the supplies needed, courtesy of Capers & Company.

We are a professional, legal, permitted, and insured caterer servicing the Oklahoma City Metro Area. We operate out of an inspected commercial kitchen in accordance with food safety regulations, laws, and standards. Don’t hesitate to ask your vendors to provide proof, it’s your special event, don’t have it ruined!
To ensure the best experience and secure your preferred date, we recommend booking your private chef at least 7 days in advance. This allows ample time for planning, ingredient sourcing, and menu customization.
While a minimum of 3 days may be sufficient for simpler dinners, custom or catered events often require more lead time and are handled on a case-by-case basis. Booking early helps us tailor every detail to your vision.
For private chef services, absolutely. Our chefs are experienced in accommodating a wide range of food allergies. To ensure your safety and satisfaction, please inform us of any allergies prior to your event. Our team will take every precaution to prepare your meal safely and thoughtfully.

To ensure a seamless and elevated dining experience, our chefs will arrive approximately two hours prior to your preferred start time for setup and preparation. After the meal concludes, they will require an additional hour for a thorough cleanup.
The pace of the dinner is entirely up to you and your guests—our chefs are flexible and attentive, adapting to your preferences to create a truly personalized experience. On average, a private chef engagement typically spans 3 to 6 hours, depending on the flow of the evening.

For event catering, we can cater as little as 15 people to 500 people.
Charcuterie grazing tables start at 50 people and can go up to 250 people. Grazing tables over 250 people will fall under our event catering.
We are available on Sunday and Monday for events, catering orders, wedding cakes, and charcuterie boards for delivery or pickup with a minimum order of $500. Please use the text option below or call us to confirm availability or book at (405) 438-0760.
All catering, charcuterie board orders, and cakes are final and non-refundable. However, we will allow you to change dates or convert to a gift card any deposit balances or pre-payments as long as we have been given at least 72 hours prior to the date of delivery, pickup, or the scheduled event date AND the new date is available. Catering events, please review your contract for specifics relating to your cancellation policy.
Catering Orders: we deliver in the OKC Metro Area as far south as Norman and as far North as Guthrie. Delivery fees range from $10.00 to $45.00 depending on the service or products ordered.
We recommend anywhere from 2-6 weeks in advance, depending on the time of year. February, May, October – December are our busy months.
Charcuterie Boards, we require a 24 hour notice.
For event Catering including Grazing Tables, we require 7 days’ notice.
Cakes: 3 Day minimum for online orders, custom cakes we can be booked out several weeks in advance. It’s always good to check with us to see if we can do a rush cake, call or message us.
We recommend ordering as soon as you know the details! Once a weekend is fully booked we are not able to take any more orders. Large orders should be booked at least 1-2 months in advance to avoid disappointment. Last-minute orders may be available if space allows but is not a guarantee and a rush charge may be applied.
