Because each workshop includes wine and cheese pairings, all attendees must be 21 years of age or older. We want to ensure a fun, safe, and delicious experience for everyone!
Yes! We offer private charcuterie workshops that are perfect for office parties, holiday gatherings, or special celebrations. These workshops are typically hosted in your home, corporate office, or any location you provide. The format, pricing, and hands-on experience are the same as our public workshops—and we bring all the supplies needed, courtesy of Capers & Company.
All workshop tickets must be purchased in advance—no walk-ins are available.
- A $95 Individual Ticket is perfect for one person and includes everything needed to create one charcuterie board.
- A $120 Partner Ticket is ideal for two people sharing one board—great for couples, family members, or friends from the same household.
Yes! Beginning with our 2025–2026 workshop series, each charcuterie workshop will include sample catering options. It’s a delicious way to experience our boutique catering offerings while you learn.
Each workshop is a 2-hour, hands-on experience where you’ll learn how to craft a stunning charcuterie board from start to finish. We’ll guide you through cutting and arranging gourmet cheeses, creating salami roses, understanding flavor pairings, and more. Best of all, you’ll take home your own medium-sized charcuterie masterpiece—perfect for sharing or savoring solo. All supplies are provided by Capers & Company.
