Seasonal Fruit –A selection of seasonal berries, melons and other assorted fruit.
Potatoes O’Brian – A classic southern recipe with crispy potatoes with a soft center, onions, and peppers
Belgian Waffles – Soft and fluffy waffles served accompanied by a side of warm syrup

Breakfast Pastry Tray – A combination of our most popular muffins, pastries, and turnovers
Bagel and Cream Cheese Tray- A tray consisting of a mixture of plain and everything bagels served with whipped cream cheese
Avocado Toast Tray- A lighter option for any morning served with fresh baked multigrain toast, avocado spread, and sliced tomatoes
Bagel and Lox Tray- A tray of our famous bagels smothered with an herbed cream cheese and smoked salmon
Stuffed Croissant Tray – Flaky croissants stuffed with spinach and ricotta or ham and cheese
Prices do not include tax, delivery, or service fees if applicable (20% service fee for grazing tables, 25% service fee for buffet, 30% service fee for passed hors d’oeurves, and 35% for Plated Services). Gratuity is not included in service fee. This fee is standard among caterers and is included in your estimate. The service fee includes the use of our equipment, staffing, service ware, Insurance and Health permits, transportation and other expenses.
An additional cost will be included if Capers and Company is charged a service fee when catering on-site at a venue. Please review your contracts with your venue for any hidden service charges.
